HERITAGE GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

Council has had grants available for owners of heritage property owners for approximately 5 years. As a member of Council's Heritage Advisory Committee I can advise that many significant heritage properties have been restored, in part as a result of these Council grants. The latest to receive a grant has been the iconic Holy Spirit church in Villiers St New Farm (see below). Any private or community owner of a heritage property is entitled to apply for grants.
